Reports
Reports give you a bird's-eye view of your monitoring health. See uptime percentages, success rates, and trends across all your sources at a glance.
Accessing reports
Click Reports in the dashboard sidebar. The report page shows a summary of all your sources along with per-source breakdowns.
Time periods
Use the time period selector to view reports for:
- •Last 24 hours — Quick check of today's activity
- •Last 7 days — Weekly trend overview
- •Last 30 days — Monthly summary for reporting
- •Last 90 days — Full history (matches event retention)
Summary metrics
The report summary shows key metrics across all your sources:
Overall success rate
Percentage of classified emails that were SUCCESS across all sources.
Total events
Total number of emails received and classified during the period.
Failures & warnings
Count of FAILURE and WARNING events that required attention.
Missing events
Number of times a source went MISSING (dead man's switch triggered).
Per-source breakdown
Below the summary, each source shows its own stats: success rate, event count, last received time, and current streak. Click any source to jump to its detail page and event timeline.
Tips for improving your metrics
- • Review sources with low success rates — their classification rules may need tuning.
- • Use maintenance windows to prevent planned downtime from skewing your numbers.
- • Check MISSING events — they often indicate delivery issues rather than actual failures.
